How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For other services, 2-4 weeks notice is usually sufficient, though we can often accommodate shorter notice for urgent requests.
Do you travel outside of Lusaka?
Yes, we provide photography services throughout Zambia. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Lusaka. Contact us for a custom quote.
What's included in your wedding packages?
Our wedding packages include pre-wedding consultation, engagement session, full day coverage, professional editing, online gallery, and print release. Specific inclusions vary by package.
How long does it take to receive photos?
Turnaround times vary by service: Wedding photos (2-4 weeks), Portrait sessions (1-2 weeks), Corporate events (48-72 hours for highlights, 1 week for full gallery).
Do you provide raw/unedited photos?
We provide professionally edited photos as part of our service. Raw files are available for an additional fee upon request.
What happens if it rains on my outdoor shoot?
We always have backup plans for outdoor shoots. We can reschedule if needed or move to covered locations. Our experience helps us work with any weather conditions.
